We put significant care into everything we offer at Lamboville Library — every product, every programme, every service, and every resource is prepared with intention and delivered with the quality our community deserves. For this reason all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds on any product or service.
This applies to digital downloads, physical products, membership fees, programme and event registrations, consultation services, curriculum resources, and publishing services — regardless of the reason for the request.
The one exception — when the fault is ours.
If something we delivered was defective, incorrectly described, not received, or materially different from what you purchased — that is our responsibility and we will take it seriously. Please contact us at lambovillelibrary@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and a description of what went wrong. We will respond within 5 business days and we will make it right — whether that means a replacement, a correction, a credit, or a full refund.
We are building Lamboville Library on trust. That does not stop at the point of sale.
